INGREDIENTS
2 Eggs 🍳
1 Tomato 🍅
1 Jalapeño 🌶
Fresh Spinach 🍃
Whole Wheat English Muffin

1. Heat skillet on medium/low with olive oil.
2. Slice Jalapeños and tomato.
3. Grill Jalapeños on hot skillet for 3 minutes and remove from skillet.
4. Grill sliced tomato for 30 seconds and remove from skillet.
5. Place eggs on skillet 🍳 and cook as desired.
6. Toast English muffin and place on plate, put spinach, jalapeños, eggs, and tomatoes on top of the muffin and add a pinch of salt.
